Why we exist
Brazilian SMBs have three usual options to automate. None of them works well.
Vendors ship and disappear. When something breaks three months later, nobody answers. The system becomes the internal responsibility of someone who never built a system before.
Large consultancies sell generic methodology. That ignores Brazilian operational reality: CLT (Brazilian employment law), NF-e (Brazilian e-invoice), WhatsApp as the primary channel, fragmented local ERPs. The playbook was written for Fortune 500 in the US — and is priced accordingly.
SaaS tools promise self-service. But they require an internal specialist most SMBs don't have. You end up paying the subscription and hiring a freelancer to configure it anyway.

How we work
The decision to embed came from watching the two most common failures in the market.
Vendor ships and disappears — the client is alone when the system needs adjustment. Consultancy locks into endless retainer — the client becomes hostage to a recurring cost that never ends. Embed Station chose the middle path: full presence during the build, full handover when the system is mature.
In practice, that means three things:
The client owns the system, not rents it.
The automation we deliver lives on the client's server, on the client's accounts, with the client's documentation. No lock-in. A year from now, if you decide you don't need us anymore, you take everything and keep operating.
We don't disappear after go-live.
The first 30 days after launch are closely monitored — that's where most systems break in the reality nobody predicted at diagnostic. We stay until the system is genuinely stable.
Automation expands human work, doesn't replace it.
Every automation we deliver makes human work matter more, not disappear. This is non-negotiable: if the goal of the project is pure headcount reduction, we require a relocation plan before signing.
